Qualification Requirements
- To have had your academic paper (written in English) regarding quality and function of your product or service accepted and published by any domestic or international journal which has a peer-review process.
- To complete the payment for entry within the given time frame.
- To accept and understand all the terms and conditions provided.
Criteria for Selection
- To have the evidence with English description about the product quality or function which has been accepted and published by a peer-reviewed journal.
- To have an achievement that could be deemed as the same level as is described in #1 (above).
- There is no particular limit for the genre or category to enter, ie) health foods, cosmetics, medical equipment and practice, etc..
Time Schedule
- Applications will be accepted all through the year and evaluated within 1 month of receipt. After gaining the accreditation, you will be able to claim ‘Appointed by HvO World Award, 20XX’ immediately.
- The award ceremony will be held annually.

After careful consideration over the various conditions regarding fluidity of international circumstances including potential concerns about security and foreign exchange, the HvO Academy has finally come to the decision to hold the Award 2023 within the nation again, but in Okinawa where we believe is the most appropriate place for all the stakeholders to reunite once a year to share the invaluable moment. And for the timing of the annual occasion, the Academy has also decided to bring it back to mid-July as it used to be in the regular world tours before the pandemic, we assure, anyone to join the occasion would enjoy the best season of the year for the finest beach resort in a paradise on earth to remember forever!
